Chairman of the Board, Chief Executive Officer and President
Tianqiao Chen has served as chairman and chief executive officer since Shanda's inception in 1999 and he has served as president since January 2010. Mr. Chen served as vice director of the office of the president of Kinghing Trust & Investment Co., Ltd from 1998 to 1999, and held various management roles with Shanghai Lujiazui Group from 1994 to 1998. He holds a bachelor's degree in Economics from Fudan University.
Mr. Chen serves a member of the 11th National Committee of the Chinese People's Political Consultative Conference (CPPCC). He currently serves as vice chairman of the Shanghai Federation of Industry and Commerce. In addition, he is vice chairman of Shanghai Youth Union, vice president of Shanghai Youth Development Foundation, and vice chairman of Shanghai Information Services Association. He is a member of board of directors at Fudan University.
Danian Chen
Chief Operating Officer
Danian Chen has served as chief operating officer since April 2008 and as a director since 1999. Previously, he served as Shanda's director of products, vice president, senior vice president, and executive senior vice president. Prior to joining Shanda, he held various positions with Xinghui International Transport Company, Haijie Shipping Agency Company, and Jinyi Network Company from 1996 to 1999
Grace Wu
Chief Financial Officer
Grace Wu has served as chief financial officer since November 2007. From 2002 to 2007, Ms. Wu worked for AU Optronics Corp., a leading TFT-LCD manufacturer. Prior to that, Ms. Wu worked for Goldman Sachs and Lehman Brothers. Ms. Wu holds a bachelor's degree from National Taiwan University and a Master of International Affairs in international banking and finance from Columbia University.
Davis Zhu
Chief Investment Officer
Davis Zhu has served as Shanda's chief investment officer since April 2008. He joined Shanda in 2004 and held various roles including vice director of new business center, director of central user platform, director of platform operation and director of investment. Prior to joining Shanda, Mr. Zhu was responsible for venture capital investment at Nuovo Assets investment Ltd. from 2001 to 2004 and was involved in technology management at Shanghai Academy of Science from 1996 to 2001. Mr. Zhu holds a bachelor's degree in Cultural Heritage & Museology and a master's degree in Management Science from Fudan University.
Danning Mi
Chief Information Officer
Danning Mi has served as Shanda's chief information officer since November 2007. He joined Shanda in 2005 and held various roles including vice president for SDS Division, vice president for SDO Division and assistant vice president for Shanda. Prior to joining Shanda, Mr. Li held roles as assistant to general manager at Founder Computer, and standing associate general manager and chief information officer at Founder Technology Group successively from 1993 to 2005. Mr. Mi holds a bachelor's degree in Physics and a master's degree in Psychology from Beiijng Normal University.
Jean Zhang
Vice President of Human Resources
Jin Zhang has served as Shanda's Vice President since June 2009. Prior to joining Shanda, she held roles as vice president in Lenovo Group, in charge of Human Resources in Great China, India, Russia and other global emerging markets. She has years of experience in human resources management and was in charge of organization development, C&B management, strategic planning in human resources from 2002-2009. From 1999-2002, Ms Zhang held various positions in Lenovo, including strategy department manager and quality management department manager. She holds a master's degree in Management from Renmin University of China.

Qunzhao Tan
Chairman of the Board and Chief Executive Officer, Shanda Games
Qunzhao Tan has served as president and chief technology officer of Shanda from April 2008 to January 2010. He has served as chairman of Shanda Games since May 2009 and chief executive officer since January 2010. Prior to this, Mr. Tan was in charge of the game research and development, operations, and infrastructure management centers and, starting in 2005, became president of Shanda's games business unit. He led the team that successfully launched and operated the massively multi-player online role-playing game (MMORPG), MIR II, and the team that developed and operated the MMORPG WOOOL, which became one of the most successful domestically developed online games. Mr. Tan remains the producer of both games and is leading the teams that are developing the next generation MMORPGs, "World Zero" and "Legend of Immortals." Prior to joining Shanda, Mr. Tan worked as an assistant in the Institute of Clean Coal Technology of East China University of Science and Technology from 1996 to 1999. He holds a bachelor's degree in chemical engineering from East China University of Science and Technology and an EMBA degree at Peking University.
Hai Ling

Hai Ling has served as the president for Shanda Games since April 2008. Prior to joining Shanda, Mr. Ling served as CEO and general manager of Powerise Technology Co. from 1997 to 2000, the deputy general manager of Taike Computer Systematic Integration Co. from 1994 to 1997, and Marketing Manager of China Xiangpu Computer Co. from 1992 to 1994. He holds a bachelor's degree in computer science and technology from National University of Defense Technology.
Xiangdong Zhang
Chief Producer, Shanda Games
Xiangdong Zhang has served as the chief producer for Shanda Games since April 2008. Previously, he served various positions including director of Shanda's Product Management Center, vice president of the SDG Division and senior vice president of Shanda. Prior to joining Shanda, Mr. Zhang worked with China.com from 1998 to 2000 and with Shenzhen Jinzhita Computer Company from 1997 to 1998. He holds a bachelor's degree in chemical engineering from Dalian Institute of Light Industry.
Jisheng Zhu
Chief Technology Officer, Shanda Games
Jisheng Zhu has served as the chief technology officer for Shanda Games since April 2008. Prior to that, Mr. Zhu worked as deputy manager and manager of the Network Security Department, director of Technical Support Center, vice president of Operation Division and vice president of the company. Prior to joining Shanda, he served as the engineering service director of the Kingnet Security Inc. from 2001 to 2003, and as the director of research and development at eachnet.com from 2000 to 2001. Mr. Zhu holds a master's degree in automatic control from East China University of Science and Technology.
Richard Wei

Richard Wei has served as chief financial officer for Shanda Games since April 2009. Mr. Wei previously served as the chief financial officer of Spreadtrum Communications, a leading provider of baseband processor solutions for the wireless communications market, from 2007 to 2009, of Silicon Motion Technology Corporation, a leading provider of flash memory controllers, from 2005 to 2007, of KongZhong Corporation, a wireless value added service provider, from 2003 to 2005, of ASE Test Limited, a leading independent semiconductor testing services provider, from 2002 to 2004, and of ISE Labs Inc., a subsidiary of ASE Test Limited, from 2000 to 2002. Prior to ISE Labs, he was a research analyst with Morgan Stanley and Lehman Brothers in Hong Kong. Mr. Wei holds a Bachelor of Science degree in computer science from the Massachusetts Institute of Technology and a Master of Business Administration degree from Cornell University.
Thomas Yih
General Counsel, Shanda Games
Thomas Yih has served as general counsel for Shanda Games since August 2009. He previously served as the general counsel of Shanda from October 2008 to August 2009. Prior to joining Shanda, Mr. Yih was an attorney at an international law firm from September 2007 to October 2008 and served as senior counsel for a dual listed New York Stock Exchange and Hong Kong Stock Exchange listed company based in China. Mr. Yih holds a bachelor of arts degree in political science and economics from Columbia University and a juris doctor degree from Fordham University School of Law.

Xiaoqiang Hou
Chief Executive Officer, Shanda Literature
Xiaoqiang Hou has served as the CEO for Shanda Literature since July 2008. Prior to joining Shanda, Mr. Hou worked with Sina.com as associate editor-in-chief. Mr. Hou holds a Master of Arts from National Capital University and a Master of Business Administration from Tsinghua University.
Wenhui Wu
President, Shanda Literature
Wenhui Wu has served as the president for Shanda Literature since July 2008. Mr. Wu is one of the founders of www.qidian.com, and now servers as the managing director of the website. Prior to that, Mr. Wu worked in Founder Technology Group and Zhao Hua technology company. Mr. Wu holds a bachelor degree in computer science and technology from Peking University.
Henry Zhou
Chief Copyright Officer, Shanda Literature
Henry Zhou has served as Shanda Literature's chief copyright officer since January 2009. Prior to joining Shanda, he had served as Vice Chairman of Publication Bureau of Jilin Province, Director General of Foreign Affairs Department of Press and Publication Administration of PRC, Vice Chairman of Shanghai Moftec, Minister Counselor of the Chinese Embassy in Singapore, and Vice Chairman of China Publishing Group Company for the last two decades. He holds a master degree in economics from Shanghai University of Finance.
Frank Liang
Chief Financial Officer, Shanda Literature
Frank Liang has served as Shanda Literature's chief financial officer since March 2009. Previously, he served as Shanda's director of corporate financing & investor relations and associate director of investment. Prior to joining Shanda, Mr. Liang worked as investment analyst in Pioneer Capital Corporation. Mr. Liang holds an MBA from Schulich School of Business, York University and a bachelor's degree and a master's degree in economics from East China University of Science & Technology.

Judy Wang
Chief Executive Officer, Shanda Online
Judy Wang has served as chief executive officer for Shanda Online, Shanda's business unit that operates its integrated platform and independent e-commerce system, since April 2008. She previously served as Shanda's director of customer service and vice president. Previously, Ms. Wang served as the customer services manager of Shanghai Waterman Drinks Co., Ltd. from 2000 to 2002, and the customer services supervisor of Hangzhou Mary Kay Cosmetics Co., Ltd. from 1996 to 2000. Ms. Wang holds a bachelor's degree in radio technology from Shanghai University.
Jing Zhu
Chief Technology Officer, Shanda Online
Jing Zhu joins Shanda in 2009. He has served as the Chief Technology Officer of Shanda Online since December 2009. Prior to joining Shanda, Dr. Zhu served as a Senior Director at Yahoo! Inc. from 2001 to 2009. In his most recent post in Yahoo!, he was in charge of Yahoo!'s next generation contextual ad-matching technology platform from 2007 to 2009. He was in charge of the engineering team for Yahoo! Mail, Yahoo! Address Book and Yahoo! Calendar from 2001 to 2006. He helped significantly improve everything from anti-spam technology to back-end architecture, system reliability and performance, and the end-user experience. Prior to Yahoo!, Dr. Zhu served in various senior technical management positions in mobile and optical networking companies in Silicon Valley from 1998 to 2001.From 1993-1998, Dr. Zhu worked as a scientist at the Lawrence Livermore National Laboratory.
Dr. Zhu graduated from Fudan University in Shanghai at the age of 17 and later obtained a Masters in Physics from the University of California, Berkeley and a Ph.D. in Theoretical Computational Solid State Physics from the same university. He is the author and co-author of six US patents.
Jiang Bian
Vice President of Operations, Shanda Online
Bian Jiang, joined Shanda in 2009.
Bian Jiang has served as the Vice President of operations of Shanda Online since May 2009. Prior to joining Shanda, Mr. Bian served as the product marketing director for search engine at Baidu. Mr. Bian was also a key member of Baidu's product development team from 2003 to 2009, where he participated in many of the Baidu's searching product and user-oriented product launches and development processes. Mr. Bian also worked at China InfoBank and a number of companies engaged in business information services from 1999 to 2003. Mr. Bian is currently studying for an EMBA degree at the China Europe International Business School
Qianghua Yu
Chief Architect, Shanda Online
Yu Qianghua, joined Shanda in 2009.
Yu Qianghua has served as the Chief Architect of Shanda Online since June 2009. Prior to joining Shanda, Mr. Yu served as the Chief Architect of 99Bill from 2006 to 2009, where he was responsible for technical strategy and product architecture, product research and development, system operation and maintenance. He also served as the Chief Engineer of Bustower from 2002 to 2005; the Senior Vice President of Wtcyber from 2000 to 2001; as well as the Vice President of Sunflower Technology from 1997 to 1999. From 1994 to 1996, Mr. Yu worked at the Shanghai Analytical Instrument Factory and Inventec. Mr. Yu graduated from Tsinghua University with a bachelor's degree in physical chemistry and instrumental analysis.
Xinhua Ji

Ji Xinhua, joined Shanda in 2009.
Ji Xinhua has served as the Chief Security Officer of Shanda Online since June 2009. Prior to joining Shanda, Mr. Ji served as the director of management engineering, assistant general manager of security center and deputy general manager for Tencent from 2004 to 2009. He worked as the audit manager for Huawei Technologies Co., Ltd. from 2000 to 2001. Mr. Ji is currently a technology expert of the National Computer Virus Emergency Response Center, and had been a technology safety expert for the Beijing Olympics Security Safeguard Technology Coordination Committee. Mr. Ji graduated from Tongji University with a degree in automatics.

Mr. Shanyou Li is the founder and chief executive officer of Ku6 Media. From 2000 to 2006, Mr. Li served in various senior management positions with Sohu.com. Prior to that, Mr. Li worked for Motorola, Alcoa Group and Bausch & Lomb. Mr. Li holds a bachelor's degree in mathematics from Nankai University and an EMBA from China Europe International Business School.
Li Yao
Acting Chief Financial Officer, Ku6
Mr. Li Yao is the acting chief financial officer of Ku6 Media. Mr. Li Yao has served as Shanda's associate president and financial controller since November 2007. Mr. Yao also serves as a member of the board of directors and chief financial officer of Actoz Soft Co., Ltd. Prior to joining Shanda, Mr. Yao was devoted in public accounting sector, including over 11- year experience with KPMG Huazhen Certified Public Accountants and has extensive finance and M&A expertise in a wide range of industries. Mr. Yao graduated from the College of International Business and Management, Shanghai University, majoring in Finance and Accounting. In addition, he is a member of the Institute of Certified Public Accountants of the People's Republic of China.
